With your order, please be sure to provide: the organisation's name, a postal address (for our invoice), a telephone number, a fax number (if available - as an alternative way for the invoice to be sent), the name of the person who will be the primary user and, most importantly, an email for this person (because this is now we will supply the instructions for downloading and installing the software).
To order, please submit your Purchase Order to one of the addresses on the Contact page.
Payment
Payment is required within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Payers located outside Australia are required to pay via direct bank deposit (credit card facilities are not available for now, sorry).
Delivery
The software is obtained via an internet download.
For this reason, the time between receipt of order, and your installation of the software, can be very short .. generally just one to two business days.
As soon as your order is processed an email is sent that will tell you how to download and use the installer.

If you would like a quote, please request one.

Cost Considerations of Perpetual Licence vs 12 Month Fixed-Term Licence
At the two year mark, the cumulative costs of a Perpetual Licence and a 12 Month Fixed-Term Licence will be virtually the same. Beyond two years the annual cost of a Perpetual Licence is lower. Therefore, if you expect to use the software for more than two years, the best option is most likely to be a Perpetual Licence. However, since there may be accounting differences in how these expenses are treated (eg asset acquisition cost vs lease fee), please consult your advisers to determine the best option for you.
Perpetual Licence:
- higher upfront cost;
- lower ongoing cost;
- from an accounting perspective, upfront cost perhaps treated as depreciable, and ongoing cost perhaps treated as an expense.
12 Month Fixed-Term Licence:
- lower upfront cost;
- higher ongoing cost but possible tax benefit because, from an accounting perspective, all costs perhaps treated as an expense;
- some companies treat lease fees as part of an operations budget rather than a capital expense (so perhaps you don't need capital cost approval to obtain the software).

Upgrades
You can upgrade from one class of licence to another (eg from Single-User to Multi-User LAN).
A number of opportunities also exist to upgrade from one program to another:
Each upgrade involves a fee that is calculated as the difference in the price of the two licences, plus a nominal administration fee.
Trials
When a 60 day Trial Licence is upgraded to another class of licence (eg a Perpetual Multi-User LAN Licence), the cost of the Trial Licence is deducted from the cost of the new licence - provided the upgrade occurs within the period of the 60 day Trial.
