Why Choose L&D At Work?
L&D At WorkTM shares the same Common Core (Documents, Policies, Audits, Meetings, MSDS's, etc) with the other programs of the At Work SoftwareTM range.
The focus of L&D At WorkTM is the comprehensive management of learning and development:
- defining training, competency, qualification and certification needs based on a Training Needs Analysis;
- recording the existing skills and certifications of workers;
- performing gap analysis to identify who needs what, and by when;
- scheduling training and assessment events, and recording outcomes from these;
- generating reminders for retraining and recertification.

Would Another Program Be Better?
In the At Work SoftwareTM range, only L&D At WorkTM and Quality At Work® provide the full range of facilities outlined in the box at left.
If you don't need such sophisticated L&D management; if it would be sufficient to have:
- records of training and certification completed;
- a simple schedule of training and assessment events, and the outcomes from them; and
- reminders for retraining and recertification
then the straightforward facilities of OHS At WorkTM or HSE At WorkTM for managing training and certification should be sufficient.

How Do I Choose The Best Program?
The purpose of the following tables (and those for the other programs in the At Work SoftwareTM range) is to help you decide which program should be the best one for you.
The starting point for this decision is the data which the program can store. (Reports, Analyses and Reminders are of course provided to suit the data in each program - but a whole raft of such features would be of no use unless the program stores the data that is relevant to you).
So the following tables summarise the data stored by this particular program.
