Quality At Work® is the full system so it naturally includes all the features detailed here.

Some quality-related records are only provided for in Quality At Work®, as described in the panel on the right.

Broadly applicable facilities, such as those pertaining to Audits and Inspections, are also found in other programs in the At Work SoftwareTM range.

Specifics

To achieve the highest quality in your operations you must manage information and processes efficiently and effectively.

All aspects of the At Work SoftwareTM range are therefore really all about quality.

All programs in the At Work SoftwareTM range allow you to record the Policies of the organisation - an important component of your approach to quality management.

Audits and Inspections, Improvement Notices, and Employee Suggestions and Consultations are not purely the domain of your Quality Management Team - but how they are handled, how follow-up actions are enforced, and how outcomes are monitored and reviewed will have a significant impact on the quality achievements of the organisation.

The facilities that deal with assignments and reminders (such as for the actions to take in response to an Improvement Notice from a regulatory body) are clearly part of the quality management arsenal because they ensure that the things that need to get done WILL get done.

All programs in the At Work SoftwareTM range include a document register. This includes areas in which to keep information about versions and controlled copies.

Parts of the At Work Software range which are specific to quality management, and available only in Quality At Work®, are the areas for:

  • Quality Reviews,
  • Document Reviews,
  • Plant/Equipment Item Non-conformance Reports,
  • Structure Non-conformance Reports,
  • Process Non-conformance Reports, and
  • Product/Service Non-conformance Reports.

In the following tables, the columns on the right show you which of the packages (in addition to Quality At Work®) include the particular data. (In the header row of each table, "Rsk?" means "Is this aspect in Risk At Work®". Similarly, "OHS" refers to OHS At WorkTM, "HSE" to HSE At WorkTM, and "L&D" to L&D At WorkTM).

The tables are grouped under the same Data Categories that are used by the software to aid navigation between segments of the program.
