At Work Software Range - Package Summary

As discussed in the Overview, the At Work SoftwareTM range has been built as a series of smoothly integrated components that are then made available via a number of standard packages.

All packages in the At Work SoftwareTM range have a Common Core that provides for records of:

  • Workers (recruitment, job specs, assignments, absences, reviews, commendations, investigations, warnings, etc);
  • Other people (ie that are not workers)
  • Businesses and Enterprises
  • Workplaces and Work Areas
  • Venues (including bookings)
  • Plant/Equipment Items
  • Structures
  • Jobs, Work Tasks and Activities
  • Substances and Mixtures (and their MSDS’s)
  • Communication and Consultation (committees, meetings, contacts, worker consultations, worker suggestions)
  • Documents
  • Policies
  • Audits
  • ToDos

The scope of each package in the At Work SoftwareTM range is summarised in the following table - in a way which allows you to relate the packages to each other, and see the upgrade paths available.

Links are provided to pages which focus on individual packages (eg Risk At Work). Each of these pages outlines the full scope of just the one package, encompassing the Common Core, features shared with other packages, and features unique to the particular package.

Risk At Work

In addition to what is in the Common Core (see above), Risk At Work® provides for records of:

  • Hazards and Threats;
  • Risk Assessment and Control - for Hazards, Threats, Work Tasks and Substances/Mixtures.

OHS At Work

  • Includes everything that is in Risk At Work®.
  • Comprehensively provides for occupational health and safety management, and also covers core records of employee training and certification.
  • Provides a subset of what is in HSE At WorkTM.
  • Can be upgraded direct to: HSE At WorkTM, or to the full Quality At Work® program.

In addition to what is in Risk At Work® (see above), OHS At WorkTM provides for records of:

  • Keys;
  • Permits and Business Certifications;
  • Visitors;
  • Safety and Health Representatives (including Elections);
  • Worker Health (including First Aid, Tests, Vaccinations, Medical Appointments, Medical Certificates);
  • Training and Assessment (events, competencies, qualifications, licences, certifications);
  • Personal Protective Equipment (needs and usage);
  • Job Safety Analysis;
  • Inspections;
  • Improvement Notices (Provisional and Regulator);
  • Incidents (unplanned events, and the corresponding impacts of all types on people, property and the environment);
  • Investigations of Unplanned Events;
  • Worker Rehabilitation Cases;
  • Workers' Compensation Claims.

HSE At Work

  • Includes everything that is in OHS At WorkTM.
  • Adds features specific to environment management.
  • Can be upgraded direct to the full Quality At Work® program.

In addition to what is in OHS At WorkTM (see above), HSE At WorkTM provides for records of:

  • Environmental Areas;
  • Environment Tests;
  • Environment Impacts arising from Unplanned Events;
  • Environment Rehabilitation Cases.

L&D At Work

  • Comprehensively provides for all the information associated with the learning and development, and certification, of an organisation's employees.
  • Allows you to create detailed specifications arising from training needs analysis, and provides powerful tools for undertaking gap analysis and planning.
  • Can be upgraded direct to the full Quality At Work® program.

In addition to what is in the Common Core (see above), L&D At WorkTM provides for records of:

  • L&D Needs Specification (that arises from a Training Needs Analysis, and facilitates gap analysis);
  • L&D Plans (also known as Training Plans or Training Programmes);
  • L&D Events and Results (for short courses and assessments);
  • Flexible L&D Enrolments (for apprenticeships; tertiary courses; etc);
  • Qualifications and Statements of Attainment;
  • Licences, Permits and Registrations (for People, Businesses and Enterprises);
  • Offerings (ie supply capabilities) of Businesses, People, Learning & Development Providers and Trainers.

Quality At Work

Includes everything in the Common Core, and in all the subset packages above, and also provides for records of:

  • Document Reviews and Quality Reviews;
  • Property of Ours (that is not a Plant/Equipment item or Structure);
  • Unplanned Event Impacts on Non-Employees, Plant/Equipment Items, Structures, and on Property of Ours, and Property of Others;
  • Certifications and Registrations for Plant/Equipment Items and Structures;
  • Service Events for Plant/Equipment Items and Structures;
  • Breakdown Events for Plant/Equipment Items;
  • Operators/Users and Allocation Periods for Plant/Equipment Items;
  • Non-conformance Reports for Plant/Equipment Items, Structures, Processes and Products/Services.
