"At Work" Naming Confusion? |
Have you read or heard the "At Work" name elsewhere?We have been using it on our health, safety and training management software for over 10 years! Our OHS At WorkTM software was originally released in 1997: as OSH At WorkTM in Australia, and as OS&H At WorkTM in New Zealand (the latter name variant being to avoid confusion with the New Zealand government's OSH department). We also released a product in Australia and New Zealand named Training At WorkTM. These products have been promoted via tradeshows, print media, resellers and our website. We also advertised our intent to release products with the names Skills At Work and Audits At Work. This functionality has since been incorporated into the At Work SoftwareTM range. So "At Work" has been an integral part of our product names for a long time. If you feel that the use of "At Work" in our product names, and in the product or service names of other suppliers, may result in confusion in the marketplace we would love to hear from you - so that we can look into this and take steps to avoid such confusion - so please make contact.
