Specifics
The absence of payroll processing facilities, and the fact that shift/roster records are relatively simplistic, means that we would not claim that the programs of the At Work SoftwareTM range are truly "HR programs".
It would be more accurate to say that they incorporate many HR features .. and if you don't need computerised payroll processing, or detailed shift/roster timetabling, then you may find that these are all you need for your HR records.
The HR features available are quite extensive (mainly in Quality At Work®; consult the tables below to see what's in the subset packages): employment applications and reviews, employment periods, leave, commendations and warnings, and of course facilities to manage Learning And Development.
You may like to also examine the features for employee Health and Safety.

In the following tables, the columns on the right show you which of the packages (in addition to Quality At Work®) include the particular data. (In the header row of each table, "Rsk?" means "Is this aspect in Risk At Work®". Similarly, "OHS" refers to OHS At WorkTM, "HSE" to HSE At WorkTM, and "L&D" to L&D At WorkTM).
