Your Alternatives

The Document register is part of the Common Core so it appears in all programs in the At Work Software^TM range.

Specifics

With the At Work Software^TM range you can keep a register of all documents: those on your shelves and in your filing cabinets, those stored on your computer network, and those on the internet.

Hyperlinks can be provided for each document - so any document stored on your computer network or on the internet can be opened from within the At Work Software programs.

You can specify two hyperlinks for each document: one for a view-only copy, and another for an editable copy of a document.

The security of your computers, servers and network can be used to limit access to documents (as would normally be the case independent of the At Work Software programs).

Many other records (eg of Audits, Inspections, Investigations, Modules of training, etc) can be linked to document records.

As part of your quality control, you can keep information about each document version and about each controlled copy of each document.

In the following table, the columns on the right show you which of the packages (in addition to Quality At Work^®) include the particular data. (In the header row of each table, "Rsk?" means "Is this aspect in Risk At Work^®". Similarly, "OHS" refers to OHS At Work^TM, "HSE" to HSE At Work^TM, and "L&D" to L&D At Work^TM).
